Almost every restaurant on the South Fork changes its hours depending
on the time of year. Those that are open only seasonally will
be indicated, but readers should be aware that even
these restaurants will often be open less in what might be called
the shoulder season or change their hours, menus, and prices in
keeping with demand.
We have tired to make this a comprehensive guide to restaurants from around the Shinnecock
Canal to Montauk Point, and Shelter Island. We've also included places for Chinese takeout,
which may not really be restaurants, and pizza. We welcome your comments suggestions or additions.
